On September 27, 2024, ABBE DAVID LOWELL PLLC partner David Lowell served as the moderator for a dynamic panel discussion on the “politicization” of the criminal justice system. The panel consisted of attorneys Abbe Lowell, Jim Trusty, and Brandon Van Grack, as well as NPR Justice Department Correspondent Carrie Johnson.
